NEW PRODUCTS

spindle with direct magnetic motor

The SMD80-BT40 direct magnetic motor spindle is designed for drilling, tapping, boring, milling, and other machining applications. The SMD80-BT40 is equipped with an encoder and a 5.5 kW frequency inverter with a PG card for precise control of spindle speed and positioning. When machining at low speeds, the inverter automatically compensates for insufficient torque, improving machining quality and production efficiency. This product supports maximum standard speeds of 1,500 r.p.m and optional speeds of 6,000 r.p.m, with a BT40 spindle taper, 4.2 kW motor power, and a rated torque of 20.0 Nm. The use of an oil cooler is recommended for heat dissipation and to maintain spindle motor stability.

The RHE Series linear guides are designed with linear rails and precision ball screws with an integrated servo motor. RHE Series linear guides are guided by rolling element blocks, either ball or cylindrical rollers. These rollers allow the guides to operate with minimal friction, move quickly, and generate less heat. The advantages of linear motion guides are smooth, fast, and extremely precise positioning thanks to the low friction.
