Prelubrication Systems managed by 4ManPro® (Elements For Manufacturing Processes) a Hann Kuen Machinery & Hardware, Co., Ltd. BRANCH OFFICE, are devices designed to ensure adequate lubrication in machinery before operation. These systems guarantee the reduction of wear and friction in critical components, prolonging the useful life of industrial equipment.
There are different types of prelubrication systems, such as those based on high-pressure oil pumps controlled by temperature and pressure sensors, or automatic lubrication systems that distribute lubricant in an automated manner to specific points of the machinery.
In summary, prelubrication systems are essential to maintain the optimal operation of industrial machinery, minimizing maintenance costs and downtime, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
As an essential part of these Prelubrication Systems, there are the ISH DX SERIES Prelubrication Distributors (DX1 & DXV SERIES), in order to achieve the required precision in each of the essential points of the system to ensure correct operation and long life of the elements that compose it.
The main characteristics of these devices are the following:
- A precisely measured amount of lubricant is fed
- The lubrication points.
- The viscosity of the oil and the lubrication time do not affect the measured amount of oil.
- Lubricators have a relief valve that relieves lubricant pressure in the main line.
Its area of application is recommended to be applied in Lubrication Systems with a higher level of demand. These types of elements distribute and meter the lubricant fed by an intermittently operating centralized lubrication pump unit in single-line centralized lubrication systems.

Interchangeable metering blocks in the distributors make it possible to supply each lubrication point with the exact amount of oil per stroke or lubrication cycle. The Volume of Lubricant to be supplied in each cycle is printed on the individual distributor.
The ISH DXV SERIES elements have Lubrication Outlets calibrated with the same volume of lubricant. As for the individual elements of the ISH DX1 SERIES, they are Individual Lubrication Outlets to be selected independently, when a different volume of lubrication volume is required at different lubrication points in the system.
The elements that make up the ISH DX SERIES (DX1 & DXV SERIES) are described below:
