- This product is ideal for mass production on special machines and jigs in machining centers. It will significantly improve production efficiency.
- When the hydraulic cylinder is actuated and the piston descends, the clamping arm oscillates to a predetermined angle. It then descends until the workpiece is firmly clamped.
- To prevent excessively rapid movements, it is recommended to connect a flow control valve to the oscillating hydraulic clamping cylinder. Do not clamp the workpiece while the cylinder is oscillating to avoid damage to the cylinder body and its internal components.
- If you need to increase the length of the clamping arm, ensure that it does not exceed 1.5 times the original length.
- The cylinder body is made of structural carbon steel. Its surface undergoes special treatment to achieve maximum smoothness on the inner surface and a long service life.
