  • The product is ideal for mass production on special purpose machine and machining center. It will greatly improve production efficiency.
  • When the hydraulic cylinder is activated and the piston moves down, the clamping arm will swing until it reaches a nominal angle. Then it moves down until the workpiece is firmly clamped.
  • To prevent too fast movements, it is suggested to connect a flow control valve to the hydraulic cylinder of the swing clamp. Do not clamp the workpiece while the lever is swinging to avoid damage to the cylinder and internal parts.
  • When the length of the clamping arm needs to be increased, be sure not to exceed 1.5 times the original length.
  • The cylinder body is made of structural carbon steel. The surface is specially treated to achieve maximum smoothness of the inner surface and long service life.
