PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

• P_max : 500 Kg/cm².
• Hydraulic support cylinder is normally applied for machining, which can reduce vibration, prevent deformation, absorb cutting force and at the same time improve machining accuracy and quality.
• The hydraulic cylinder employs imported oil seals and parts to withstand high pressure and ensure quality, reliability and long service life.
• When operating the support cylinder, be sure not to exceed the normal oil feed rate to prevent the support bar from hitting the workpiece when it comes into contact with it.
• The compact construction of the HSP-16 screw type cylinder allows multiple clamping units to be operated in a small space.
• The LSP-16B low pressure support cylinder achieves high pressure support capacity, hydraulic system and operating pressure of 50 kg/cm².

Model Identification

Type A: Spring ejection type. The support bar is in the highest position. The spring controls the contact force when the workpiece makes contact with the support bar. Hydraulic power drives the oil feed to squeeze the spindle, producing a support force.

• Type B: A hydraulic ejection type. The support bar is in the lowest position. Hydraulic power drives the oil feed for ejection. The spring controls the contact force against the workpiece. Then, hydraulic power squeezes the spindle to produce a support force.

The support nut of the HSP-16 and LSP-16B can be replaced as shown in the figure on the right. An O-ring provided on the neck is used to seal the center hole of the support bar. The O-ring needs to be fitted and should not be discarded.

When the LSP-16B uses the same single-acting hydraulic cylinder with other jigs, the support bar circuit must be controlled individually when the same jig is ordered.
