The VSS SERIES VERTICAL LINEAR MOTION SERVO SLIDING models are equipped with rectangular, hardened and ground precision guides. This creates more friction and decreases speed, but greatly increases the durability and remanence of your accuracy.

These slides are used when PRECISION, CUSHIONING and RIGIDITY are required during machining. The surface of the rectangular guides and shims are ground and discarded, the contact surface of the saddle is coated with Turcite^®, which reduces friction.

All VSS SERIES elements have a perpendicularity within 0.01 mm / 100.00 mm.
