FEATURES OF PNEUMATIC ELEMENTS
- Inner diameter: Ø25 mm ~ Ø63 mm
- Maximum pressure: 10 kg/cm²
- This product is ideal for mass production on special-purpose machines and machining centers. It will greatly improve production efficiency.
- When the pneumatic cylinder is actuated and the piston moves downward, the clamping arm will swing to a nominal angle. It then lowers until the workpiece is securely clamped.
- To prevent excessively rapid movements, it is recommended to connect a flow control valve to the air inlet ports (A, B) on the swing clamp cylinder. Do not clamp the workpiece while the clamp is swinging to avoid damage to the cylinder and internal parts.
- When it is necessary to increase the length of the clamping arm, ensure that it does not exceed 1.5 times the original length.
- The cylinder body is made of aluminum. The surface has a hard membrane treatment for maximum smoothness on the inner surface and a long service life.
