The Bodies of the Tapping Spindle Heads distributed by 4ManPro^® (For Manufacturing Processes) a Hann Kuen Machinery & Hardware, Co., Ltd. BRANCH OFFICE are made of FC30 cast iron, which after being subjected to an exhaustive review, are processed by precision drilling and burnishing. The Spindles Heads are manufactured from alloy steels subjected to high-frequency heat treatment.

They are assembled with SKF^® (Germany), NSK^® (Japan) and TPI^® (Taiwan) precision bearings that maintain spindle tip precision at < 0.02 mm.

The ST SERIES Tapping Head is designed with Lead Screw Drive, Automatic Thread Cutting Support and Floating Tap Chuck. The maximum threading capacity depending on the head model is M6 (S45C), M12 (S45C), M30 (S45C) and M45 (S45C).
